Google's BlogSpot Service Maps the Page Views * The country with the second most page views?  RUSSIA. Hmmm. Since I started writing frequently about the massive Russian invasion of our social media, the Rooskies have been checking my blog regularly. Sometimes they hit me with a super wave of probes. (This data from Blogger) Nearly 200 hits in one hour January 17, 2018 I hope they are enjoying what they read about their slimy propaganda techniques!

The Russian Invasion has been underway for quite a while AND MOST AMERICANS STILL HAVE NO IDEA I gotta ask, WHERE IS THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA ON THIS MONSTER STORY? This jaw breaking, head banging, soul killing story does not have any significant presence in today's NYTimes, Washington Post, CBS, CNN, etc. When they aren't dancing, they are Twittering, Facebooking and "Commenting" Only if you read GeekWire or Slate . and the like will you find this astonishingly important story. (Maybe it's on the "back pages" of some of the MSM, but I don't see it today.) We are having our minds twisted by the best propagandists in the world EVERY HOUR OF EVERY DAY. We are being made angry with our fellow Americans, soaked in crazy conspiracy theories, distracted from actual important news by the RUSSIANS!  The Rooskie goal is TURN AMERICANS AGAINST AMERICANS . Telling My Friends and Rellies About New Audiobook Chapters Every once in a while I finish recording (and editing, and editing, and editing....) a chapter of MIZ Time Tripping With Amazing Females , the audiobook. Then to tell my rellies, pals and acquaintances that this wonder has been accomplished, I turn to Facebook. I'm not a big Facebook user - mostly this notification action. One More Word to Learn - In the Growing Jungle of Med-words: Senolytics That’s a class of drugs (and of some dietary supplements)  that specializes in cleaning out the senescent cells that build up in your bod. Here from “NATURE Communications” is a taste of the reason this cleaning out is a good idea: “Aging is the main risk factor for many chronic degenerative diseases and cancer.
