I Mean Super Huge! All of us oldies have that nagging hunch we are heading for Alzheimer'sville. And it's from a very credible source, nature , the prestigious Brit science journal. New hope for Alzheimer’s: lithium supplement reverses memory loss in mice OK, mice. But this is just one piece of the evidence -- the latest and a very important piece of research -- but there are numerous documented observational studies showing that lithium takers (bi-polar folks for instance) have much less AD.
