Big Lie Strategy in Action - ENOUGH!

IT'S NOT THE "WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE" NIKKI

STOP LYING!
The two most awful Big Lies right now: Trump is doing "the will of the American People" in his rogue move on Jerusalem. (#2 is "Puerto Rico is doing well.")

Pew (my favorite researcher), Gallup and others say only about 31%  of Americans like the Embassy move to Jerusalem. Only 44% like "recognition as capital."

On whether they approve of recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, 44 percent of respondents told CNN they back Trump’s decision, while 45% said they disapprove. Only 36% said they support moving the US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, as Trump said he would.

[Now watch Trump et al blast the polls with "They had Hillary winning!" Shoot the messenger. It's their new talking point on everything.]

Since the BIG LIE strategy is in full force at the Trump Whitehouse with Nikki Haley blasting at the U.N. that Trump is following “the will of the American People,” I for one have to say LIAR, LIAR, PANTS ON FIRE. It’s not just all the other countries in the world saying “recognizing” Jerusalem as Israel’s capital was counterproductive in the extreme for the cause of peace and justice, it’s the MAJORITY OF AMERICANS, a whopping 55% - not even close. 

So Knock if off Nicki, and especially you, Mr. President. We know the “truth” to you is whatever you want people to believe. 

This Trump Jerusalem thing is clearly...

NOT THE WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

STOP LYING!

So it’s the will of his base, mainly the Evangelicals. NOT representative of the American people, just of these fundamentalist religious folks. So it's not only a lie, it's a political, cynical, self righteous lie.

A Millenial Hit Olde Folks Don't Know About Are you over 50? Have you ever heard about "Rick and Morty?" I thought not. There is a "cell" of younger people who love the show and say extravagant things about its wonderfulness. In these times when prior punditry had it we would be unified by some mysterious power in the Internet, there are more and more cells of people, unified within their cells, but isolated from most of the other cells of special interests*, tastes and proclivities.  The U.S. looks more like a pomegranate than a cantaloupe - to push the fruit/melon analogy to its extreme. I will dream up a graphic one of these days. USA, USA! society in fruit form. ANYHOO... I watched Rick and Morty at my millennial son's suggestion, and I LOVE IT. Eccentric old genius and non-genius grandson as the lead characters (faintly Back to the Future -esque) + sci-fi + Simpsons sensibilities +  intelligent satire + over-the-top imaginative creators

I TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS SIX YEARS AGO (Surely you remember ?)  ...And in those six years, multiple research projects have affirmed and reaffirmed that SENOLYTICS is a big deal. Aside from that hyperbolic, click-bait-ish headline, it's a fair summary of the state of knowledge on the subject. In brief: Certain drugs and several supplements help the body get rid of senescent cells, "zombie cells" that don't die after they quit doing their thing and just hang around spitting out inflammatory chemicals that damage various organs, joints, and brain cells. The senolytic agents augment apoptosis , nature's way of killing off the senescent cells.
